WHO AM I?

Hi, I am Michelle Rogerson! I received my Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, EXOS Sports Performance Specialist and Fitness Specialist, and certified in TRX, Yoga, and Pilates. I am also a Les Mills Certified Instructor, in multiple formats. I have over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, and I am excited to see how my experience can help you elevate your results!

Together, we will customize each workout plan to meet your goals and personal needs -- helping to create a balanced plan that will ensure not only fun and challenging workouts, but also prevent injuries and improve functional movement. I'm currently available to meet 1:1 or with small groups of 2-5 people, both in person or virtually. Let's get to work!
